If you are not aware yet I do play in a band called Sepia//Memory (Started as a acoustic project thing in late summer 2013)
In January 2013 it became a band thing and did a 2 song single where I did handmade CD sleeves for it (Around 25 copies I did, these ran out within a day) so I decided to record another set of 3 songs under "The Meta EP" this was digital only. So after the EP I was getting the hang of recording music on my own and mixing it. Sometime April 2013 I had laser ee surgery and about 2 weeks after I recorded a song (Which is now on a compilation called xperimental mixtape) I am now working around 5 more songs these 5 songs will be compiled with the last 6 songs as a debut full length which I will be done sometime mid December of this year.

New Sepia//Memory
Since its 12:03 AM I cant sleep. Its close to summer and the birds chirp at night and sing since its hot. I believe we are closer to the sun. Well we all know my sing/chat talk project s//m well recently I turned it to a full band sound with drums and bass included. I took all good context from bands like The Van Pelt/Native nod/Moss Icon/Kolya/Slint and smashed it now as Sepia//Memory. In February I did released on my own a 2 song single which was recorded straight from my bedroom about a month later I did a 3 song ep under "The meta" so far people really digged these tunes. Well during eye surgery I couldnt play for a while but after 6 days later I ended recording a song specifically during the day of my laser eye surgery. This song is now known as Keratome PRK (Which should be featured on the upcoming kalifornia comp) I do plan on doing one more release which is another 2 song single. Next year I may start working on a full length. I havent worked much on it or done any planning. You can download the 6 songs for free. All songs were done in my room on my own this spring. I havent plan on any physical releases but in the near future I may compile all this and turn it into a compilation of 8 songs. I do have a few other songs saved on my tascam which I did not put out just a few untitled instrumental improvisations which I may end up including on this physical release if it will ever be released.

More updates
Sadly, I been too busy to make any posts. Doesnt mean I am going to randomly abandon this. I have a ton of posts to catch up with. Well I now go to el camino college and ny first week there has gone by. I have also released 2 releases for my solo project sepia//memory which is a 3 track EP and a single of my old song "Ive loved you for so long" re-mastered plus a new instrumental version which will be on a near future split. I am currently working on another instrumental 2 guitar project by the name Miharu Hirano I am barely on the works of a 4 song spring demo also to add Ask for answers is on a 5 track EP so as you can see I have tight schedule to do any posts. I will do my best to post stuff on bands. For today I will post my solo project EP. This EP is much much better than Stay home for Winter. The quality is better since I am now using my tascam I got for my 19th birthday I finally figured how it works. So heres the bandcamp link you can download my single and EP for free. I did put that project on a break but I have future plans to release a split and a second full length by the end of this year. As for Miharu Hirano I have a ton of ideas so thats likely not going to die as soon as I release these 4 songs. As for ask for answers we just got back together and were working on a EP soon to be released this spring.

Sepia//memory- Stay home for Winter
its Crimbus and oddly I got 7 records. which is cool. Anyways, this is actually my solo freestyle sing/talk American football-Esque/Kolya-Esque project. A month ago I put out my debut's 10 song length. The reason I made this length well I really had to let go of the personal shit that went down in summer 2012. I had it all curled up inside me so I freestyle on all these songs and it actually came out pretty decent. Before putting out Stay home I did had a 2 song single out which was still the same sing/talk style but less filled with emotions. I also didn't put much effort anyways. But as for Stay home. This length really got to me and even a few friends had the same gloomy roller coaster vibe of my experience. I was pretty amazed anyone actually liked it. I thought everyone would be disappointed but I was proved wrong. Anyways. I am working on new material related to Stay home for Winter and it was really nice to let all my emotions out on this stuff. Felt good, I am usually the kind of person that doesnt like/know how to express how they feel. These 10 songs did. Anyways, if you always imagined how Kolya's early vocals would sound next to American football Sepia//Memory is the right thing for you to listen and cry to. I really put my heart out and serious manner into these songs.

Sepia//Memory & Slumlord
Sepia//Memory
A fine cloudy saturday morning here in Long Beach. It looks like better music will be played here after all. I recently started on a project entitled Sepia//Memory. So what is Sepia//Memory? This project I am starting is a Kolya/The Exploration influence that was one piece and now a 2 piece band. I wouldnt say that its exact a twinkly band (Since thats something from the Midwest) but I will say it draws some of that influence. Anyways its in sing talk lyrics form, Ive recently released an EP entitled The Red Room Sessions #1, a 2 song single "Sleep Patterns/Jargon" and the most recent 2013 Summer Demo. Right now I am currently working on a EP as a 2 piece. So far I have 6 songs done for it. The meaning of this project is to simply let go of the things I been holding into for years. Its like my therapy.
Slumlord
Before I began on Sepia//Memory Slumlord was a odd project I did. In October 2012 I was working on a 7 track EP entitled Night Noise. The songs ended up getting accidentally deleted and only one was saved so I had to start over with 5 other songs. Once I recorded the 5 Night Noise EP ended up being a 6 track. It has a solid mixture of Instrumental/Psychedelic-like/Ambient sound. A few weeks after that release I began working on a 10 song cassette. The release was unofficially released and the tape ended up being on the tape deck of the recorder for months which I ended up forgetting about I ended up posting the 10 songs on bandcamp as a Unreleased Cassette. There a bit more odd than the ones on Night Noise EP (Maybe the reason why I never released it). Will this project continue? Maybe as of now I am pretty much focused on Sepia//Memory and another band I am trying to start called "Omoide O Kataru" (Means Remnisce in Japanese). Slumlord was more of a mind relax stress free project. It would make me sleep to the tunes and have a content mood the next day. It wasnt my therapy but more of content flashbacks.
