Today wont be a usual rock genre band. I am going along with the hip hop beats so just tag along with me. About a year ago when the blog Chug Life mentioned NAH when the debut "Tape Fuck" was released I took a gasp of what NAH is. I mean I am not a huge fan of this til a while back. Hip hop beats are fucking gnarly. Well NAH records in a low fi which sounds like striaght coming from a garage (which I love the quality) and it isn't over produced. I mean I gave it a listen and I fucking enjoyed it. Maybe you should to? anyway heres the bandcamp. Sucks his shit was robbed from a train which he never got the rest of the songs that were going on another full length though only 5 of the songs were retrieved leaving me wondering "How many were there in total?" anyway check it yo.

Life in Vacuum
Now that I am done with this College semester, I still got shit to work up on. One is posting here alot more, 2 release Undercover hoe's EP under a different band name and re record a version of E.M.I.A.U.H, 3 drink and smoke more weed. Well since I am back here is another band I discovered a while ago in the early fall. Before my Fall semester started one of the last bands I glimpsed at was Life in Vacuum. They pretty much solve up most of the Fall semester music I listened to along with some other few ones within the semester. Well to sum it all up. This Canadian band from Quebec I believe have that At the Drive-In sound. Shit they even landed on my awesome list of albums of 2012 as nunmber 2. They released a full length this year entitled Rogue Sessions. It is fucking saweet. Vocals definetly remind me of some At the Drive-In influence along with some of the rhythm they play. You can judge for yourself. I am absolutely in love with this band at the moment. I like how there albums have a comic book like theme story. Like the release Commander Clark and Rogue Sessions I believe also. You can check there bandcamp
I remember downloading them for free at there bandcamp so I ended up posting these on mediafire.

Sailors Mouth
I actually got 2 of these cd's that look like vinyls back in fall 2011 along with tragic ends, and littlebunnyrabbit when those 3 were for free at Radical friends. Umm there isn't much to say but follows the surfish punk/indie wave of music. It's a short EP of 6 catchy ass fuck songs. I don't know whether the band disbanded after the release. I haven't heard anything of these dudes since I got that ep, even when I got it nothing was ever mentioned from them even on there last.fm page. No one posted a mediafire file of this ep neither. Kinda breaks my balls. So I am doing it instead since I own 2 copies of this cd. Well if you dig such bands as Summer Vacation and that whole indie punk attitude. Youll love this. I do hope this band is still active. I oddly get sad listening to these jams. I am not sure why maybe the tempo? Lyrics? Possibly both... I need to drink my face off now..

Life in Pictures
Since I haven't been here in a while I decieded to give you guys 3 posts instead of 2 or one. This band, I actually grew up listening to in my high school freshmen year. A old long time friend I known which we met in our 5th period class showed me Saosin and Life in pictures. He gave me a mix cdr (I still have it) and contained 2 songs from this band one from there full length "All my pirates share the grave" and from there EP "Red fall" I was so stoked listening to this band. At the time I didn't know what was mediafire or even megaupload (when it existed) until round late/early 2008/2009 I saw someone posting a discography on megaupload and downloaded that within a click of a heartbeat. I saw that the band only released a full length and a EP. Yep Very short lived I must say. But that doesnt mean they sucked. For a hardcore band. I fucking loved this stuff. To me at the time it was new since I was used to listening to Moneen and At the drive in alot in high school. A few years went by and forgot of them til I saw them on megaupload. Since megaupload no longer exist on the internet. The file has been deleted. So I now posted the discography on Mediafire. I know many of you who do know these guys has been waiting on this. It is really hard to find a file of these guys. This is one way of expressing my early high school year of my freshmen days well along with penknifelovelife, moneen, at the drive in, The kinison, sights and sounds, and dulce agonia. I mean this was back in early fall 2006. I knew nothing of real screamo or DIY or any of that shit. I wanted to post this as for a memory thats been going by for at least the past 6 years. Oddly my friends only had those 2 songs, they neither were able to find there other songs anywhere else. So this one is for them too. The band went to form some other major hardcore band which I dont remember the name of but I didin't like it at all so I am only sticking to this band only. Its also been said they did a 2001 demo but I likely doubt it for the fact its nowhere to be found on the internet.

The Littlest Viking
Welp. This is the first instrumental band I heard actually that got me into the whole instrumental math rock scene. As you can see this band means a lot. Releaseing an EP entitled "Mafia EP", a full length "Labor & Lust" in 12" LP and there newest 12" which is under as there "Self titled" It is fucking... Amazing... They did a great fucking job with that release of the self titled. There are some sing along songs as well, so that new length isn't instrumental as opposed to there "Labor & Lust". I been waiting on a release of theres for 2 years and about little as a month ago or almost 2 there self titled has been released. Now I am digging the new tunes waiting for a third full length. I know I ask too much but, but god damn. It is a good band. Great band man, great band. SO if your into the whole math rock instrumental or even indie/math rock singable this is for you. I mean I am not a big fan of how there self titled sounds but wow they are amazing on how to play tunes. So yeah do yourself a favor and get these. You can buy there self titled at there labels store Mountain Man Records as for a Christmas present. It's the perfect gift. Many don't know they had a EP as there first release. The 3 songs were later re-recorded onto there first full length "Labor & Lust" I made a mediafire file containing there full length and EP together to save time.

Our Sunday Affairs
I haved lagged again on posts here. I havent had an ani-virus til like today about 5 minutes ago I installed a free one. I am ready for the night to drink with some friends and have a kickass time with them. I remember going over this band on last.fm a vaery long time ago when this band actually barely began with there first split and there very first EP. I will admit I did not like it alot enough to have it on my ipod. About late fall early spring I heard there second EP "Transitions" and I pretty much digged it. Kinda reminded me of how American Football would sound if they were a little more hyped with some Midwest Pen Pals to it. The band was giving free shit within 24 hours around August 31 of this year. It was there newest EP "City Of Dogs" So since it was free I ordered one. They came to my mail til about 2 days ago on thursday and they also sent me there semi discography CD since many of us waited for that long. SO I heard the whole damn thing and it is really fucking good. It is only missing there 3 split songs oddly (they shouldve just been on there as well)
As you can see I haven't even opened my City of Dogs EP it also comes with 2 re-recorded songs one from the Emo Side Project Split and the other track "Defect on Juno" this is a pretty decent band that follows that midwest scene with the clean guitars and poppy punkish tune with some emo smashed to it. Great Job.

Secret Smoker
Yes I am finally back. All this waiting crap with Revolver Ocelot's new album coming up, and all of my Psychology homework and History of rock homework has collided together. Though I just got done with the history of rock crap I still need to work on my take home exam which is due on tuesday. I feel rushed and my hair is falling off. And I still cry at night whenever I listen to Interpol's song Obstacle 1 (just a joke) Anyways. This one is for by homies band Billy who is in Secret Smoker. Unlike many of today's bands that has a blend with today's generation (say what it is but we all know Loma Prieta has that new wave style). Secret Smoker still follows the path of a 90's sound emotive hardcore band. You know those bands such as Agna Moraine's Autobiography, Plunger, The Hal Al Shedad, Shotmaker and Across five aprils. There music still grows within that time. I will say that's pretty fucking cool. The band recently released there debut length "Terminal Architecture" under protagonist music. The covers look pretty groovy and I like the bands sound. I couldn't agree more with the bands excellence of style of playing. I heard many great bands that has came up with some great releases. This one goes on my liste of some good ass album of the year as well along with the others I have mentioned.
Show these guys some love and order there 12" at http://protagonistmusic.bigcartel.com/product/secret-smoker-terminal-architecture-vinyl-lp
They also have a soundcloud if anyone is interested to hear the jam and also a bandcamp
It's one of those bands you can say "well here is one of those rare bands who still play that 90's emo influence" even when I heard them I thought they were from 1996.
Pre order a copy for Winter cause this is the stuff you would want to hear as for the jingle all the freakin way
